    career Management

    The career management service focuses on the search for and availability of job offers for students and alumni. From curricular and extracurricular traineeships, amongst other professional job offers, IPAM also offers an international electronic platform that manages the offers, allowing students to manage their profile and to access a page with global job offers.

    The students are also prepared for successful insertion into the labour market by receiving advice from a team of qualified professionals and from programmes and seminars on employability exclusive to those who have access.

    EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAMS AND SEMINARS


    MARKETING JOBS DAY

    An event that introduces the career prospects for the Marketing Management Bachelor’s Degree to the degree candidates, providing them with the opportunity to interact with students who are currently attending the course. By means of a practical example, the candidates experience various areas of Marketing, each one represented by a current student who, as “Department Director”, shall provide instructions to complete the proposed exercise.


    EMPLOYABILITY WORKSHOPS

    In order to aid with the integration of the Bachelor’s Degree finalists into a curricular traineeship or first job, IPAM Lisbon promotes employability workshops with various themes: preparation of a curricula vitae, preparation for interviews, pitch simulations, amongst others.


    SPEED MEETING

    During this event, Bachelor’s degree finalists have direct contact with representatives of companies who have vacancies for traineeships. This programme thus aims at preparing students for a real interview and to broaden their professional network.


    M-DAY

    This is an event for students attending the Master’s in Marketing Management who opt to carry out a traineeship as part of their final project, allowing them to learn about the different companies that go to IPAM to present the traineeships or projects they have to offer.


    iFUTURE | EMPLOYABILITY SEMINARS

    At the iFuture employability seminars, students will get the change to listen to human resources professionals from several companies, first hand.
    During these sessions, recruiters will talk about existing market opportunities, how students can apply for said opportunities, what particularities and skills are needed and what attitude and behaviour is expected today by the companies when they open their doors to young students, new graduates and post-graduates.
    It is an excellent opportunity for students, allowing them to network with major national and multinational employers.
